CrampEase® Gel
Our topical gel is an effective treatment for muscle cramps. Formulated with plant-derived oils like Eucalyptus and Lavender, it helps to relieve muscle aches and pains and enhances circulation. CrampEase®Gel also helps ease arthritic pain and soothes swelling.
Directions
Muscle Comfort: Apply gel and massage before exercise to warm up the muscles. Repeat after exercise to relieve muscle soreness or stiffness.
Pain and Inflammation: Massage gently into the affected areas. Repeat 3 to 4 times daily.

This product is for external use only. Avoid contact with mucous membranes, eyes, open wounds, sensitive skin, or damaged skin. Wash hands after use.
